About Estância Brazilian Steakhouse
From São Paulo to Austin
Estância's story began with founder Ironi Da Rosa, who started working as a gaúcho at a Brazilian steakhouse in São Paulo at 22. After years in the restaurant industry, he brought that experience to Texas and opened Estância in Austin in 2008.
Since then, Estância has grown from one Austin restaurant into a destination for Brazilian dining, celebrations, and private events. Its second location in Leander now brings the same churrasco experience, with gauchos serving fire-roasted meats tableside.
